I have approx 5000 customer service questionnaires received in response to a competition we have been running throughout the year. I just need the information put on to a database. There is the usual name and address details plus a some additional questions.

BP's Customer Contact Centre is open 364 days a year to handle just this kind of response. We manage on-going responses or one off campaigns.

Obviously we can take calls on your behalf but can also data capture written responses from websites , coupons, postcards etc.

We build a unique input screen for each campaign, using PAF ( Post Office Address File ),  to verify the postal address. We can accept either multiple choice or free format questions.

Data can either be returned to you by email or disc in an agreed format or we can offer a fulfillment - maybe a personalised letter or next years brochure as desired.

We can also analyse the data and produce a detailed report.
