Requirements
BP were asked to help launch Viking River Cruises to the Travel Trade to increase awareness and increase bookings from both Travel Agents & Home Workers
Results
Viking`s Travel Trade Campaign started with us printing promotional offer leaflets and sending them to Travel Agents & Home Workers via Mailbag and e-broadcasting the offer via e-Mailbag. This was then followed by a file copy of the new 2009 River Cruise brochure being sent to a selection of agents within Mailbag urging them to order bulk supplies of this particular brochure via our Travel Agent on line brochure ordering site Trade-Gate. Subsequently all Travel Agents have been graded to identify the exact quantity of brochures they will receive when ordering.
Home-Workers were sent a file copy of the brochure which was also advertised in e-Mailbag.
